NASIMCO Programs

NASIMCO is a regional body of the World Federation of KSMIC. As such, many of its activities and its work is done in conjunction with this international body. However, NASIMCO also prides itself on being in tune with the specific needs of the North American community. In conjunction with the World Federation's Capacity Building Program, the NASIMCO team, headed by Councillor Siddika Jessa, has designed eadership Development and Self-Development Programs that can be run in any Center across North America. The aim of the workshops is for individuals to understand their their unique gifts and abilities, thereby unlocking their potential. The outcomes and assessments can yield benefits in both, a person's individual, social and work life.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP RETREAT

The Youth Leadership Retreat is a new NASIMCO project that began in 2009. The retreat encourages young adults between the ages of 17 and 24 to participate in a 2-3 day camp where they are taught to think critically about the society around them. The retreat also trains the youth how to most effectively channel their energy and ambitions in the right direction.

CONTINUING PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Continuing Personal Development Workshops focus on social and welfare aspects of life in the West. From Family Ethics to Marriage and Parenthood, these programs are vital for people at all stages.
